![]() ![]() Tested and working on CMD DOS Box of Windows 7 32Bit. Sw to manage programmer and firmware for the MCU. I think it can work too with "autopower" :) conneting it to USB port and not using external.įiles needed are in this thread. ![]() I have tested it with external power supply +5V from PC power supply. Have changed the ICs with most common (easier to find) ones, NPN transistor to TO-92 encapsulation, this schema can be easily made in a proto board. I have just compiled the info spread in this thread and made some common sense corrections to the schema. Also connections to the Lexia PCB, all in one. Here's corrected schema for the ISP programmer. Problem is in DC/DC (12V/5V) converter on multiplexer board, CAN BUS driver or in MB90F546 / PIC16F684 firmware.:smokin: This is not normal behavior of LEXIA interface. All this did not change/improve the issue. But when I went back to Lexia and PP2000 it was re-flashed by those, to the previous version. I tried temprarily installing DiagBox, so it would update the firmware. I 've used it on many C4, C5, C3 and Peugeot 207. In general my interface works with all vehicles. Then it will read all ECUs perfectly on first diagnosis. I cancel and go back, and then retry, it will manage to automatically get vehicle info after a few attempts (random number, maybe after 2-3, maybe after 10 attempts). If when the software is still requesting VIN and ORGA No. The first diagnosis will fail for some ECUs, on second try it will read all ECUs. If I enter these data it will proceed, and then while performing diagnosis (stage: "getting vehicle configuration"), the relays will click. ![]() When I try to connect to a vehicle, using Lexia3 or PP2000, the interface will not click (relay operation), the computer will give the error "Cannot communicate with vehicle", and ask for VIN and ORGA No. I have an issue, not a real problem, which I would like to describe, and want your opinion whether it is a real problem or normal behavior. I own a chinese PSA XS clone, and use it for the last 2 years successfully (it can read all ECUs). ![]()
